Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have gone through more medicines than I can count, looking for something that helps with my debilitating migraines. Recently my doctor prescribed Fioricet. What a relief to finally find something that works! The trick is to take the medication as soon as possible. If you wait until the migraine has gotten too far it does not help much.

acetaminophen/butalbital/caffeine: Thanks to this site I got accurate information on MIA 110, which I’ve never received before. I have been using generic Fioricet for many years, and it still goes a long way for headaches, but migraines need the added Maxalt for me.

Esgic (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): This medicine was actually given to me by a close friend, who also has repeated headaches that turn into migraines. It was amazing. I took 2 when I had a horrible, pounding headache. Within an hour the headache was reduced to mild and lifted all together after about 3 hours. I couldn’t believe it. I called my doctor the very next day and asked her to prescribe it for me.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I tried this medicine today with no headache relief. I did get drowsy and all of the muscles in my body were completely relaxed, however I still had the migraine. Per my Neurologist recommendation, I waited 2 hours before taking Indocin. Still no luck. The only medicine that I have found to stop a migraine is Treximet, however that has to be taken at the FIRST sign of the migraine. Anything later and it is too late. I am glad Fioricet works well for some people, but all it does for me is causes drowsiness and muscle relaxation. I wish I could get migraine relief from it.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I was originally given Fioricet after a spinal tap caused spinal headaches. I have a history of tension type headaches with pain starting at the base of the skull and then radiates upward. This medicine is the ONLY thing that works for me. Trouble is finding a doctor that will listen and give it to me. Doctors pass out Percocet and Vicodin, but seem to hate prescribing this medicine. Frustrating.

Esgic Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): Fioricet works within 15-20 minutes and you feel better than you would normally …. happy, awake, no headache, nothing can really irritate you and literally puts a smile on your face. Don’t eat them daily because they will start causing headaches and you will become tolerant and then they won’t work when you need them to.

Esgic (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have used Esgic for 15 years and it really works for me. I was relieved to hear of Fioricet when I was just told that Esgic is now off the market! It is the only thing that cuts a bad migraine and also is a lifesaver for recent onset TMJ. Sometimes the tried and true old standbys work the best!

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I had Doctor give me Fioricet and told me to come back in 3 weeks to see if it worked for me, and it was the one thing that actually worked. So I went back in 3 weeks and he told me it was not part of a healthy diet and would not give me anymore. So really what was the point of the false hope. I continue to suffer at least 2 days a week from massive headaches. My stomach is gonna fall apart from all the over the counter medicines I take way too much of, for very little relief.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): This is the only medicine I’ve ever found to actually work on my tension headaches. I have used it about 2 – 3 times a year for a few to several days in a row to knock out my headaches. This is my ‘last resort’ medication and for great reason – it works. As someone else posted, if this doesn’t work, nothing is going to work. I’m so thankful for this medication.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have been having headaches for about five months and the doctor prescribed me Fioricet and it does nothing for my headaches.

Esgic-Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I had a migraine for over 2 weeks and tried everything. My doctor gave me this yesterday. Awesome, headache gone!

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I use Fioricet on regular basis and most of the time it seems to help.

Esgic (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): Amazing. My doctor prescribed this with Phenergan to help with the nausea. Usually just half of each pill will stop an oncoming migraine in its tracks. If it’s bad, I take the other half a little later. It’s cheap and effective and the only side effect I’ve noticed, drowsiness, is pretty benign as side effects go, especially compared to most migraine medicines. Can’t ask for better than that.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): Fioricet does wonders! It helps my tension headaches, especially when I am stressed!

Esgic (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): One Esgic tablet gets rid of my Migraine. I highly recommend it as it doesn’t have any other affects on me such as feeling drowsy or hyper. Also the written side effects seem to be minimal. I take it when I can’t function and unable to tolerate bright lights or noise. It does not impair my ability to drive.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I was getting cluster headaches for about 3 weeks. Went to ER and they gave me a shot of Stadol, but that didn’t even take my headache away. Got Fioricet prescription filled next day (today). Haven’t had a headache all day.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have had almost daily headaches since I was 15. I am now 43. I would not have believed such a simple medication would have worked so well.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have brain tumors and Fioricet works wonders. It makes the pain go away in about an hour. I couldn’t live without this wonder drug.

Dolgic Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have severe migraines and sometimes can’t afford Imitrex which is the only medication that helps me. I was given this medication as a sample. It seemed to help some but not enough. I am taking the second after waiting 3 hours. I hope it helps this time.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): it made the pain go away but i then had to deal with the side effects that either came with the headache or from the meds but at least the pain was gone

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): this medication has been used as an as needed pain reliever. This is the only medication that works for my type of headaches. This has been a wonder drug in my treatment with head pain. Thank you Dr. Z

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I suffer from TMJ syndrome and sinusitis. I have recurring headaches. I have taken this drug on/off for 12 years. I am allergic to a lot of meds, so it’s been well-suited for me. I do know it is habit forming, as if I have to take it for several days, I do have some withdrawl symptoms.

Esgic-Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I think Esgic-Plus is a life saver. I get bad headaches, and thanks to this pill, it is gone in minutes.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have terrible headaches due to sinus problems and I have found that this medicine is a blessing and I take it when needed.

Esgic-Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): This medicine is wonderful! I had the worse headache I had ever had and this medicine knocked it right out. 2 of the pills made me very sleepy but no headache!

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): Very effective medication for tension headache or migraine. Minimal side effects, i.e. drowsiness, etc.

I do not find it to be habit forming at all. I do find that if i take it for too many days in a row it is not as effective and then I suffer from rebound headaches.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I used Fioricet for years to not only treat my headaches, but to help with tense aches and pains in my shoulders. It was the only thing that worked and allowed me to continue with my daily routine. I did notice that after taking it for such a long time I experienced some of the withdrawls. I would reccomend taking it but follow how your doctor says to take your dosages even if you think you are starting to have a “headache” it might just be a rebound reaction.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I’ve learned to ‘live’ with headaches; often lasting up to four days or more. I was prescribed Fioricet about two years ago and I find it to be a relief not to have to ‘live’ with a headache for days anymore. I’m careful about using it and often as a last resort after trying Advil and the like. Therefore I don’t find it habit forming for me. It is an absolute relief drug.

acetaminophen/butalbital/caffeine: This medicine is a lifesaver! I have TMJ moderately severe, sinusitis frequently, and also am an anxious person. I had a headache for 3 days after working out strenuously at the gym (probably triggered my TMJ pain). I just took one dose (1 pill of Fioricet) and 20 minutes later, bingo! no headache! Even with jumping up and down, no headache! It’s totally amazing and wonderful.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I’ve had headaches since early childood and I swear I tried everything; OTC medicines, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, different diets, physical therapy, ultrasound. Finally after seeing a million doctors, including two neurologists and a pain specialist, I moved to a new state and started seeing a Physician’s Assistant, who prescribed me Fioricet. What a diffrence in my life. My headaches go away within an hour or so now, instead of just “waiting it out” for 3 to 6 days. I would tell anyone with TMJ and/or tension headaches to try this. It works best if you take it as soon as you feel a headache coming on. I too tried to use it as a last resort, but I have learned that it’s not worth the suffering.

Esgic (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I GET PROBABLY 4 OR 5 MIGRAINES A MONTH. I COULDN’T BEAR TO BE WITHOUT MY FIORICET. IT’S THE ONLY MEDICINE THAT SEEMS TO WORK FOR ME. IF I FEEL A HEADACHE STARTING, I TAKE 2 TABS AND WITHIN 20-30 MINS, THE HEADACHE IS GONE. IN ADDITION TO BEING A MOTHER OF 4 GIRLS, I HAVE RUN MY FAMILY DAY CARE FOR 17 YEARS AND I JUST WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO FUNCTION WITHOUT MY FIORICET. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER MEDICINESS BEFORE FIORICET, AND NOTHING SEEMED TO HELP SO I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR FIORICET. IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME. I’VE TRIED TO AVOID THINGS THAT SET OFF MY HEADACHES, LIKE NOT EATING BEFORE 2 PM, OR MY PILLOWS NOT BEING RIGHT WHEN SLEEPING, BRIGHTNESS, SOUNDS, SMELLS AND STRESS. BUT SOME CAN’T BE AVOIDED. Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): This is a wonderful drug. It takes the pain away within a few minutes and even if the migraine doesn’t go away altogether, the pain isn’t as bad as it would be or could be, without some form of medication. Believe me I’ve tried them all. I am now on Topamax 50mg twice a day, Fioricet and Midrin.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): It is the only medicine that I have found to work on my headaches and believe me I have tried so many different ones over the years.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I have tried just about every option available and this medication has been the only one to truly relieve my headache AND allow me to feel “normal” so that I am able to function.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I was not one prone to headaches until recently. They started at the base of my neck and continued upward until I didn’t want to move a muscle. Oddly enough, these were prescribed by my dentist due to an upcoming root canal I was getting ready for. I took one the next time I had a headache and within 30 minutes it was completely gone. I was amazed.

Fioricet (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): Have been using this drug for about 16 years now. No other migraine medicine compares to it. Have recommended it to several other migraine sufferers. In turn they have called their doctors and now they are on it. They have had the same luck I have.

Dolgic Plus (acetaminophen/ butalbital/ caffeine): I’ve had horrible migraines since I was still in high school so I finally went and saw a neurologist and after running several tests and experimenting with several different medications, DolgicPlus was the only one that relieved my migraine within 10 minutes. I did not experience any side effects whatsoever. I was finally able to just go about doing what I needed to do for the rest of the day.
